Pet Groomer T&Cs Builder is an online tool that helps pet grooming businesses create customised Terms & Conditions documents. You answer questions about your policies, and we generate a formatted document based on your choices. You can download this as a PDF to use with your clients.

This tool does not provide legal advice. The documents it generates are not reviewed or approved by a solicitor or legal professional. They are based on common industry practices and language, but they are not guaranteed to be legally enforceable in any specific situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Passion To Profit Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates accept no liability for: • Any loss, claim, or damage arising from your use of this tool • Any loss of income, reputation, or opportunity resulting from reliance on a generated document • Any dispute, complaint, or legal action between you and your clients You use this tool entirely at your own risk.

Access to the Pet Groomer T&Cs Builder is granted upon payment of a single fee (currently from £69, depending on the package selected). Once purchased, you may generate and regenerate your T&Cs as many times as you like, subject to fair usage. Payment is non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded the generated document. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of this tool at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain any specific functionality.

The content, design, structure, and code of this tool are the property of Pet Passion To Profit Ltd. You are granted a limited licence to use your generated T&Cs document within your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialise the tool, its templates, or the output it produces.

We are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients. If a client challenges your policies or takes legal action against you, we accept no responsibility and will not be involved.

We reserve the right to revoke access to this tool at any time if we believe you are: • Misusing the tool • Violating these App Terms • Using the generated output in a way that may harm others or bring the tool into disrepute

These App Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this tool shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
