The Pet Groomer T&Cs Builder is operated by Pet Passion to Profit. When we refer to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean Pet Passion to Profit.

Marketing emails

If you tick the marketing consent box during signup, or switch on the email preference in your profile, Pet Passion to Profit will send you helpful tips, special offers and product updates by email.

Our legal basis for sending these emails is your consent under UK GDPR and PECR. At the moment you give consent we record:

The date and time of your consent
Your IP address
Your browser user agent
The exact wording of the consent statement you agreed to
Whether consent was given at signup or in your profile settings

We keep this record so we can prove your consent if asked, including by Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Meta or the Information Commissioner's Office.

How to withdraw consent

You can withdraw consent at any time. Two ways:

Sign in, open your profile, and turn off "Receive emails from Pet Passion to Profit"
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we send

Withdrawing consent does not affect transactional emails (for example receipts, password resets, or PDF delivery), which we send under a separate legal basis to fulfil our service to you.

Data retention

We keep your consent record for as long as you hold an account with us, plus six years after your last activity, to satisfy our regulatory record-keeping obligations.

Your clients' details (digital consent forms)

If you use the digital consent signing feature, your clients enter their name, contact details, pet details and an electronic signature. For that information you are the data controller and we act only as your data processor: we store it on your behalf, we do not use it for our own purposes, and we never market to your clients.

Signed forms are stored in a private area that only your account can open, together with an audit trail (date and time, signing method, IP address and device) so the signature stands up if it is ever questioned. You can permanently delete any signed form from the consent form builder at any time, which removes both the record and the stored PDF. As the controller, you are responsible for telling your clients why you collect their details, for how long you keep them, and for handling their access or erasure requests. We recommend keeping signed consents no longer than you need them, typically while the client is active plus a reasonable period for insurance or dispute purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to processing. To make a subject access request, email us at support@petpassiontoprofit.com.
